Trauma-informed training helps teachers understand the children in their classrooms and bring individualized care and attention to build resilience.
We will assess the organization/school staff's knowledge and awareness of trauma and the current implementation of trauma informed principles and practices, then develop a framework for dissemination of practices to establish a trauma-informed culture.
